I have relied on Service Pros Heating & Ac Laredo for many years after comparing several local HVAC companies and finding them to be the best for fair pricing, flexible scheduling, and honest furnace repair service. In the beginning, they corrected a problem with a system in the crawlspace that was keeping the furnace from kicking on properly. They got the furnace working again and recommended replacing the AC section because it had been damaged by water, but there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell. I chose not to replace it at that time, and the repaired system continued running well. Over the years, I have called for different heating and air repairs, and every visit has been handled with reasonable rates, solid workmanship, and clear explanations. I always feel confident that they know furnace systems, thermostats, blower components, and overall HVAC equipment very well, and they only repair what is actually needed. Later, I decided to fully replace one unit, including the furnace and outdoor condenser, and also had it moved to the other side of the house with a new line set. Earl did an excellent job explaining each option, along with the pros and cons, and again there wa

We began with a full furnace upgrade, changing an old outdated heating system to an efficient gas furnace setup with improved hot water heating. The crew also updated the piping and made important system changes so everything would run better and more reliably. Collin was the main point person at the house and kept the furnace repair and installation work organized from start to finish. Later, we had more work done to support the home’s heating and power needs, including additional utility connections and electrical updates. Geoffrey handled the electrical side very well, and when an issue came up with the panel, it was replaced quickly and professionally. Earl was easy to talk with, answered questions clearly, and took time to explain the furnace service, heating options, and the work being done. The team treated our older home with a lot of care, and all of the furnace-related work was completed in a timely and professional way. Scheduling and billing were also smooth and helpful. We are very happy with the overall service and would recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair, heating system upgrades, or related home comfort work.

We have been happy with the HVAC service for quite a while, and when our main floor AC system started leaking water right before a big birthday gathering at our home, the team responded fast. We called that morning and Wyatt arrived that afternoon to inspect the air conditioning unit. He clearly explained the repair and replacement options, and we chose to install a new system. Jamie came out the same day to provide the estimate, and by midweek Collin had the new AC unit installation underway. In the Texas heat, having a dependable cooling system is a must, so we really appreciated how quickly everything moved from the initial issue to a complete solution. The whole process was professional, thorough, and handled with great care.

Anthony and the crew were excellent during our furnace repair and heating system service. They handled the work in a professional and clean way, and Anthony took the time to explain each step of the repair and installation process. Any questions we had were answered clearly and in simple terms, which made us feel confident about the work being done. After the furnace and heater were fully set up, Anthony walked us through the system and showed us how everything works. He explained basic furnace maintenance, how to help the unit run efficiently, and what we should do to protect our investment over time. We also got a very helpful lesson on the thermostat, including its settings, features, and how to keep the indoor temperature comfortable during cooler weather. We really appreciated the fast response, the heating knowledge, and the overall professionalism shown from start to finish.

I highly recommend this heater repair team. They were professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and they truly understood that real families are dealing with stressful heating emergencies when they call. When our boiler system started failing and we discovered a carbon monoxide issue, they responded within just a few hours to inspect and diagnose the problem. Even with a heavy emergency service schedule, they stayed organized, explained the repair options clearly, and helped us understand what needed to be done to restore safe heat to our home. After the diagnosis, they moved quickly and had a new boiler installed by the next day, even though the unit had to be ordered. The whole heater repair and installation process was handled smoothly from start to finish. Their communication was clear, their workmanship was solid, and they made sure the system was running safely and efficiently before leaving. If you need boiler service, heater repair, or emergency heating help, this company does excellent work and really cares about their customers.
